This is a Carolina rig machine feels everything.
I like this rod for throwing a slit shot rig or chatter bait over open water grass beds. Tip is light enough for great sensitivity, but enough back bone too drive a hook home with it .
The 7 ft 6 in heavy fast is the best rod i have ever had for throwing a 3/4 oz rig or big jig out deep . It has great sensitivity and enough back bone too get big fish turn and out of brush piles. For a big rod it is well balanced and want wear our wrist and arm out fishing all day .
