I've been fishing with the Suppressor now for a few months. Another great rod from Old 18. I love the Power and Action in this UL. I paired with a BFS reel. It manages light lures well, but I'd say the Lure Weight is a bit off. I don't think it is really rated to 1/32. Which I do not care, I use for 3-7 g. The total lure weight of a Bugg's 1/8 CurlyTail is about 7g. And it casts well. Great sensitivity, light weight , and action. How ever tons of back bone. This rod can handle some serious fish. Like the pics shows. I got this rod because I love the Buoyancy, and want to compare this one to it. I gravitate to the Buoyancy more, but can't really tell why. They are both great. I now own 4 Old18 rods. Keep up the good work guys.

Incredible feel!! Absolutely love the suppressor rod I paired it up with the Shimano Aldebaran perfect match!

Absolutely love the weight and feel of this rod. I’m planning to start swapping out all of my rods with old 18 rods now!
