Sensitive but strong and fast. New go to rod!
Having caught a fish yet, bought two and the rods seem to be really nice!
I'm a pro kayak tournament guy and I just order my 5th rod from Old 18. The quality is top notch. The rods have not failed me yet and I don't expect them to ever. My plan is to only be fishing Old 18 only here in the near future. I would recommend this rods to every fisherman, friend and family member I can. I
Awesome rod. This is my 3rd now and I’m sure I’ll get more.
Very impressed with this rod! Super sensitive. Well worth the money I spent.
Paired with Shimano 150 Matanium with 15# braid and 20 floro leader. Throwing Evo rattletrap with 4" trailer into the marsh grass. Plenty of power to pull reds out of grass with the super high tides flooding the marsh. Great rod.
I own 8 Old Eighteen rods and have sold several to clients that I guided after they tried mine.
Great support and great company.
This rod is worth every dollar paid. It's very light and sensitive. Also, there is plenty of backbone. The appearance also speaks to the quaility.
Very good rod could not ask for more
7' ultra light, casting, minimalist quality, rod for 'VERY' light tackle Redfish & Trout fishing. Add a super small, light weight, low-pro baitcaster and ya have the Ultimate Light Tackle combo. Since purchasing two, I'm not using any others. Reminds me of some rods I had years ago, that I fished ultra-light till the reel seats fell off. Those Bass BFS guys think they invented UL. Sorry fella's ''No you didn't''
