Pairs great with my Aldebaran, lightweight and sensitive combo. If there was any negative, which really is preference, the grip on the end would be a split instead of 1 peice. Hope there will be a 6’ version!
Very nice rod, a true ultralight! Great sensitivity, can feel the smallest bites and fighting little fish is a joy with this rod!
Very pleased with my new rods. My 7’ suppressors are perfect for popping cork fishing, and the 7’ kenetic is perfect for wade fishing. I can cast noticeably farther with noticeably less effort. Both rods are sensitive and flexible, but plenty of spine.
I was watching YouTube and saw a charter captain of 35+ years by the name of the “Jetty Wolf” who swore by this rod so on his advice I purchased a casting and spinning model and when they arrived I was blown away! These sticks looked and felt like a custom rod.
I’ve been fishing for over 55 years and have owned and used hundreds of rods and these are right up there with the best big name rods. Pairing the casting rod with the Ark Gravity BFS and the spinner with the new Shimano Nasci 1000.
